Our GCC Delivery Costs and Options

GCC Deliveries

GCC orders are sent by EVRi and passed on to the local courier. Your parcel should take between 3 and 5 working days (up to 7 days in remote areas) to be delivered to you depending on your exact location. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order. 

Restricted Items

Please be aware that we cannot send parcels containing batteries, perfumes, aftershaves and aerosols outside of the European Union and Norway. To avoid delay to the processing of your order, please do not select any of the above as we will be unable to fulfil your order if you are located outside of these regions.

Electrical Items

All electrical products come with UK power adaptors only. Local converts will be required and you must check that the voltage will work in your area. We cannot be held responsible for any compatibility issues.

Free Returns

If you would like to return or exchange your order - Please contact our Customer Services Team for your free-post returns label.

When returning your order, please ensure you request a proof of postage. If on the rare occasion your parcel is lost on its way to you, we would need the proof of postage/receipt to investigate further.

If you’ve returned your order, please allow 10 days from the date you returned your order for it to be processed. Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email to let you know. If 10 days has passed, please contact our Customer Service Team who will be able to help further.
